    Throughout my evolution I’ve experienced trauma, exclusion, injury, setbacks & more.

    When I was at my lowest, I had a lot of negative self-talk & didn’t always treat my body well.

    Then I discovered how to have compassion for myself without expecting perfection.

    I found that meditation could calm my mind & align me with my purpose.
    I practiced yoga that alleviated the pains in my body while adding strength & flexibility.
    I developed a daily spiritual practice to keep me emotionally balanced during challenging times.

    And I surrounded myself with high vibrational people to inspire my continued transformation of growth.

    At my lowest, I was feeling like a victim of circumstance.

    But I discovered that I had the power within me to de
